Welcome to our Summer Vacation Home on Solana Bay in Osoyoos!

Wow! This is the perfect situation for any large family who prefers privacy on their vacation.  As a stand alone home with private parking and a private dock with boat lift, you never have worry about crowded parking or where to park your boat.

Our Southwest facing 3 bedroom plus big enclosed patio (winter garden) rancher is excellent for short or longer stays.  It will easily accomodate 6 adults, plus children..an easy share for 2 or 3 small families.

There’s parking for 2 or 3 vehicles in the driveway and a nice back yard on Solana bay for you to park your SUPs, to tan and for the kids to play. 

You’ll be greated with a nice treat…a complementary bottle of sparkling wine from a winery in the very nearby area.  And on that note Nk’mip winery is within walking distance and you can visit a couple of other wineries on the way.

Rattlesnake Amusement Park is less than a 5 minute walk away and a walk to town, for groceries is 15 or 20 minutes away.  If you don’t care to cook, Osoyoos offers an array of pubs and restaurants offering ethnic foods.  Foodies will enjoy Osoyoos’  many restaurants.  Authentic Indian or Mexican?  No problem…even get it delivered if you prefer!

So…back to the house…it’s visually appealing, starting with the white leather furniture in the living room and granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen is ‘really’ fully equipped!  There are plenty of dishes and glasses, cooking utensils, serving utensils and cutlery. spices and herbs, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, small appliances and a lot more!

We have a Private Boat Dock with a Shoremaster 8′ X 24′ floating dock, dock ladder, boat bumpers and 5000 pound boat lift.  

Osoyoos is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and athletes.  Everything that you can imaging for summer sports, is here and the season is long!  You can even SUP to town if you want!

Prepare your own dinner/lunch on your own private BBQ and patio or take the family to one of the beaches along the lake and have your own lunch or dinner.  Osoyoos can provide you with everything you need, to relax.

Winter skiing and snowshoeing are nearby at Mt Baldy (one of Osoyoos’ best-kept secrets)!
